Jason Torrence. July 16, Hiking Rocky. Daniel Jenkins. July 10, Camping Great! Pretty gnarly. During the summer there are very large orb weaver spiders along the loop trail that may be frightening to kids, but also may be great educational opportunities. The loop trail also passes very close to the top of the bluffs in places. There is a small picnic area along with a bathroom with running water located at the parking area, however the best snacking area is definitely at the base of the falls!
While the path to the base of the falls is not stroller or wheelchair accessible, the path to the falls overlook is. The trailhead is well-marked.
