Why do i hate humanity

We cant rely on professional medical people for various reasons. So we need to be resourceful and gain knowledge So, you know your "hate" in deep for many things about people. People can be hurtful, manipulative, self absorbed, cruel, cunning, and so on. They can also be kind, caring, etc My wife and I have a interest in injured animals.

We are constantly taking them to the local refuge after being found on a road in the country here. In fact in many ways we prefer to connect with animals rather than people. So what am I saying? There is a balance to be found to keep distance from the masses yet keep a number of people in your life as a necessity for daily living. In I hopped on my motorcycle and headed for the mountains of Victoria.

My plan- anything as long as I had no people in my life. I'd live off the land, fish, catch rabbits etc. I lasted 5 days. I ran out of baked beans. I couldn't catch rabbits not hook one fish. I proved to myself I needed people in my life to work so as to provide the basics of living. I eventually found my 'balance' So I won't add anything more on that, all I would like to say is that I understand and have felt what you are going through.

I have always ' hated' humanity. I hated all my smart, intelligent pretty cousins out there, who have amazing jobs, a free life and a his and who gives them all the attention they want.

I hate it when people only pick on my faults not their own,I hate it when people compare and point out that my cooking is not as good as his mother's. Most of all, I hated the man whom I loved with all my heart and then didn't want to keep me, couldn't fight for me, I wasn't good enough I guess. So there have been many instances where I have hated humanity, after all this years after having my child,I love humanity because he is in my life, because he looks at me as though I'm the only one perfect for him, and so ignoring the others, I concern treated only on my son,so I think Steph, if you can ignore what people say, if you can just look for that one thing that makes you happy, that's all you need to find balance again.

You are a wonderful person Steph and you have your own personality. Be who you are and love yourself for it. I don't think there's anything majorly wrong with thinking that way. Some of us me included can't see sense in smartphone obsession, Beiber fever and Kardashian following. Maybe you're not a sheep, and dont just randomly "follow", which is a good thing.

Humans tend to think they are the most important things on the planet. Animals, and doing my artwork are what mostly make me happy, along with a few friends who I know are nice people. I've been raped, spat on, bashed, saw my mother have a mental breakdown, been broke, homeless, lived in womens shelters awkward as a male child , been cheated on, laughed at for shaving my head, yada yada but the only person I ended up hating in the end is myself.

Because I feel lonely and other women walk past me giving me narky looks. Because I'm socially akward and people assume I'm dumb and condescend. The German philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer , on the other hand, was almost certainly as famously misanthropic as his reputation. He wrote, "Human existence must be a kind of error. He also discussed suicide with a sympathetic understanding which was rare in his own time, when it was largely a taboo subject.

However, his metaphysics ultimately led him to conclude that suicide was no escape from the suffering of the world. He claimed that the world was one side representation —how we perceived it—and one side will —the underlying indivisible metaphysical matter that was the basis of existence. Because suicide does not allow one to escape from the will from which all suffering proceeds , it is pointless to kill oneself.

Schopenhauer instead suggests aesthetic enjoyment as the only escape from the suffering of the world. This would be along the lines of the cathartic release points of Mozart 's Requiem , or the charmingly mysterious smile of the Mona Lisa. He also offers an escape from suffering through compassion ; however, he believed that very few are capable of reaching this state, and those who do reach it have rejected their humanity further demonstrating his misanthropy.

The Cynic philosopher Diogenes of Sinope was a well known misanthrope. Known for his contempt for all human beings and his enormous respect for animals such as mice and dogs, Diogenes dedicated his life to showing that the norms and conventions which most people live by are in fact worthless and utterly counterproductive to true happiness.

Governments and pious intellectuals champion it: the idea that some humans should not occur so that other humans can live better? It is darker than that. Thanos did not pick who will not live. It was a lottery. The Japanese and Scandinavians and many others in the rich world beg their own to procreate a lot. There are other mainstream misanthropic ideas. The civilised world itself is based on the premise that humans are untrustworthy and their society will collapse without authoritarian order.

Across history, most ideas that overestimated human character have failed. All utopias have failed. The success of capitalism is based on its low opinion of human character. Only a misanthrope is trained to see that social movements do not have moral foundations. Let us take a recent moral lament and try to understand how mistrust for people who claim to have good intentions can help a misanthrope see clearly.

A misanthrope would have framed the issue in this manner: Nehruvians from the social upper classes are expressing their anxiety that the great egalitarian outfits that they run canned laughter are now being ruined by semi-literate elected rustics.

When we frame it this way, we can see social lament as something petty, a mere turf war. In the end, was the Supreme Court diminished by provincial politicians or by the way sophisticates handled a sexual harassment case against the chief justice of India? And, in the end, was the Election Commission diminished by elected rustics or the intellectuals who destroyed the reputation of the Commission in the media just because it passed some orders that were not favourable to them? It is the same mistrust for all that is popular and sacred that can push a misanthrope into healthy personal habits.

The most dangerous food that people eat, they eat in the name of belonging and home. Culture is, in reality, a sugar-delivery device.
